He was predeceased by : his parents, James Mitchell and Margaret Best Mitchell. He is survived by : his brother Dennis Mitchell of Warsaw; his niece Robin Mitchell of Warsaw; his nephew Jeff Mitchell (Holly) of Warsaw; and his great-niece Kala.
Funeral home is limited to 33% capacity due to Covid-19 regulations.
