He was predeceased by : his parents, Ronald Milner and Dorothea Bush Milner; his sister Joan Whipple; and his nephew Thomas Morton. He is survived by : his wife Elaine Milner; and his siblings, June Belcher of Zephyrhills, FL, Barbara Morton and James Milner of Rochester. He is also survived by Many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
