She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Dukelow and Helen Dukelow; her husband Bruce Harter; her sons, Jeffery and David Harter; her grandson David Taylor; and her sister Edith Levee.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Harter (Terry), Shirley Morley (Charles), Michael Harter (Vicki), Timothy Harter and Ronald Harter; and her sister Sharon Garwood (Rick). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
