He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Kelly (Agnello); and his stepfather Timothy Kelly. He is survived by: his father Charles "Chuck" Trubia (Patty) of Rochester; his siblings, Josh Trubia (Katie Moran) of Avon, Mari Jo DiBella, Charlaine Trubia and Anthony Trubia; his close friend LeAnna Presler of Conesus; and his siblings' children, Giana, Jackson, Rowan, Liliana, Julian, Nicholas, Keegan, Logan, Macie and Norah. He is also survived by friends and co-workers.

Memorial contributions may be made in Matt's memory to the Suzie Q Dog Rescue, PO Box 236, Conesus, NY 14435.
