He was predeceased by : his mother Lizabeth "Beth" DeWispelaere (Hollenbeck); and his brother John J. DeWispelaere III. He is survived by : his father John "Jay" Jr.; his siblings, Carrie Roberts (Dean), Andrew (Amanda) and Jill DeWispelaere; and his grandmother Wanda Hollenbeck.
