She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Harry S. Carter; her children, Deborah Kervin (late Dennis Hibler), Diane Myers (Neal), Nancy Schear and Mark Carter; her son-in-law John Schear; her grandchildren, Donelle (Richard), Diana, Heather (Rick), Aaron (Tia), John, Mark, Timothy (Sarah), Michael (Amanda), Matthew (Taryn) and Nathan; and her siblings, Carol Belling (late Bruce), James White (Joyce), William White, Thomas and Gerald White. She was also cherished by 25 great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to North Presbyterian Church or to NiagaraHospice.
