He is survived by: his children, Brian Blackley (Denise), Timothy D. Blackley (late Stacy Kenyon), MariJo Thistle (Mark), Sean Blackley (Michelle), Patrick Blackley (late Laura) and Erin Blackley; and his sibling Rosemary Bower. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
