He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl V. Beiter and Jacqueline Beiter (Davies). He is survived by: his children, Thomas Beiter and Denyel Beiter (Patrick Doty); his grandson Benny; and his sisters, Linda Horchler (Ralph), Cherryl Palmer (Rhodes), Sandra Chido (late Joseph) and Lori Moyer (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations to the Vietnam Vets of America, Niagara County Chapter #268, PO Box 585, Lockport, NY 14095 would be appreciated.
