He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert C. Woods and Azalia Woods (Crego); his wife Anita Woods (Prica); his daughters, Azalia Woods (late Dennis Henry), Rose Mattle (Patrick) and Daisy Woods (Robert Sears); his grandchildren, Christina, Nicolette, Bianca, Dennis, Kyle, Allison, James, Jr., Robert, Hannah, Lillian and Eli; his great grandchildren, Dominic, Essense, Genesis, Nico, Nailah and Mariah; and his brother Albert Woods (Penny). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
