It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna S. Foltz (Lockport, New York), who passed away on June 24, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph D. Smith and Diane Smith (Helbling); her husband Eric Foltz; her son David; her siblings, Debbie Hanusin (Smith), David K. Smith, Douglas J. Smith (Karen), Darlene Dempsey (James), Deanne Lang (Michael) and Danelle McCanna; and her parents-in-law, Joseph Foltz (Debbie) and Terri Hugill (late Scott).
