She is survived by: her husband Robert W. Bil; her children, Cynthia Dietz (Mark), William (Susan), Nancy LaRoach (Kurt), Jayne Bil, Elizabeth Madden, Lisa Parlato (Todd) and Robert A. Bil; her brothers, James and Gerald Bisher; and her close friend Jackie.
