He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Conley and Marie Liskoff Conley; and his brother William Conley (late Sue). He is survived by: his wife Constance Rignel Conley; his siblings, Barbara Pytko (late Edward), Richard Conley (Sally), Carol Sossong (late Dwight "Ike"), Raymond Conley (late Patricia), Marilyn Sobieraski and Bonita Waderich; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Sobieraski and Dale Waderich. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
