He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard J. Thompson and Barbara J. Thompson (Manford); his stepdaughter Orena Blackley; his great grandchild Mackenzie Frank; his brother James; Caryl Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Thompson (Pierce); his stepsons, Jeffrey Blackley (Angela) and David Blackley; his siblings, Donna Taylor (Bill), Lyndon Morris, Keith, Karen Flint and Marcia Bennett; Geraldine Taylor (Jak), Mark Thompson (Paul Stefanski) and Laura Jones (Wayne). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Wrights Corners Volunteer Fire Company or Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center would be appreciated.
