It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesus Silfredo Quinones Velazquez (Lockport, New York), who passed away on January 29, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mamerto Quinones and Jospehina Velazquez Quinones; his wife Aida Figueroa; his children, Sigfredo Quinones (Clara) and Abigail Estrada (Moises); and his siblings, Gladys Quinones, Casilda Quinones, Floralba Quinones and Carmen Quinones. He was also cherished by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
