He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Sr. Sullivan and Dorothy L. Woolston Sullivan; and his wife Linda Sullivan (Filipovich). He is survived by: his children, Jayson Sullivan (Stacey) and Cassandra Pelletier; and his siblings, Linda Lee (James), Patricia Russell (Thomas), David Sullivan (Debbie) and Daniel Sullivan (late Laura). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
