He is survived by: his children, Tom Vance (Mary), Josh Mills (Rachel) and Shannon Mills; his grandchildren, Melanie Carr, Maria Vance, Damian, Aiden, Jaxson and Camden Mills; his siblings, Marty, Michael Mills (Kim) and Kristen (Terry); Juanita Mills of Janice Mills, JP, Joann Payne, Gary Bell, Tank and Ken. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
