We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2020, Laura Belle Billingsley (Lockport, New York), born in Emporium, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Billingsley; her parents, Clipson Martin and Dessie Lewis Martin; and her siblings, Lewis "Casey" Martin, Helen Hagen and Louise Class.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Billingsley (Sheila), Bob Billingsley (Karen) and Janis Billingsley-Pittsley (Jack); her grandchildren, Eric Smith (Ann), Phillip Smith (Sarah), Katie Phillips (Shane) and John Billingsley; and her great grandchildren, Natalie, Erica, Rowyn and Sonia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
