He was predeceased by: his father Douglas W Miller. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Olka-Miller-Bush; his stepfather Gene Bush; his grandmother Marge Olka; his siblings, Jennifer Militello (Charles), Bradley and Eugene Bush Jr.; and his daughter Lavinia Miller. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
