Norris Cogar Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Cogar and Fern Cogar of West Virginia; and his sibling Katherine Linger. He is survived by: his children, Norris "Jap" Cogar Jr., Arnold "Kick" Cogar, Josephine "Sis" Windnagle, Polly Cogar (Dennis) and Christine Cogar Mullen; his grandchildren, Crystal Mullen (Zac), Dylan Straight and Ridge Cogar; his great grandchildren, Grayson Caraco, Savanah and Jacob Cogar; his siblings, Jocelyn Singleton, Necia Cogar and Jean Hazelett; and his friends, Bud and Lucy Postalwaite. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
