He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Prosser and Catherine Prosser (Derringer); his wife Janet Prosser (Pohlman); his daughter Tammy Stencel (Robert); his granddaughter Ashley; and his brother David Prosser. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
