She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Loud and Freda Loud (Schilling); her husband Matthew Kearns; her siblings, Robert Loud and Roxane Gallagher (Eugene); and her children, Michael Kearns (Rhonda), Roxane Kern (David), Joseph Kearns (Teresa), Edward Kearns (late Theresa) and Patrick Kearns (Debbie). She was also cherished by nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
