He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl R. Kiser and Edna L. Kiser (Pritchard); and his siblings, Earl Kiser (Rosemary), Harold Kiser, Pearl Goerss (Arnold), Elizabeth Winters (Nelson), Emily "Jean" Smith (Robert) and Nora Fellabick (George). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grand and great grand nieces.
