We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2019, at the age of 76, Robert Carns (Lockport, New York), born in Newfane, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William J. Carns and Lois Mae Carns (Bogan); his wife Sharon Carns (Wittcop); his daughters, Sue Ann Ladd and Patricia Lynn Garland; his grandchildren, Daniel L. Norman, Alex D. Norman, Cameron J. Garland, Madissen C. Garland and Kaydence Lee; and his great grandchild Aurora Norman.
In lieu of flowers donations to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
