He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Weaver and Mildred Weaver; his daughter Kelly Weaver of Pendleton; and his sisters, Doreen Williams of Newfane and Phyllis Bassler of Barker. He was also cherished by Brother-in-laws, Sister-in-laws, as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many friends.
