She was predeceased by: her parents, George Swing and Mary Elizabeth Swing (Vokes); her husband Leo Shepard; her daughter Rita Lasal (late Kenneth); and her siblings, James Swing, Lester Swing and Hazel Frantz.
She is survived by: her daughter Annette Hare (Charlie Burd); her grandchildren, Jeffery Lasal (Debora), Julie Greene (James) and Steven Hare; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Lasal, Christian Lasal, Collin Hayes and Jacob Hare.
