He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alexandria Nelson and Michael Nelson; his sister MacKenna; his grandparents, Christine, Richard Lukasik, Elizabeth Nelson and Michael Nelson; his great-grandparents, Patricia MacKinnon (late David MacKinnon), John, Shirley Lukasik, Katherine Nelson, Joanne Papp and Joseph Papp; and his uncle Paul Lukasik.
In lieu of flowers, the family would respectfully request donations be given to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Pittsburgh in loving memory of Theodore Nelson.
