It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Porter Jr. (Lockport, New York), who passed away on March 13, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Porter and Constance Porter. He is survived by: his sister Charlene Shull (Roger); his sibling's children, Sarah Nicholson (Andrew), Andrew Shull (Jenna), Julian Shull and Onalee Shull; and his friend Barbara Sheehan.
