It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Novotny (Long Island City, New York), who passed away on May 13, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jane Novotny to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Thomas O'Grady and Janet Verdi (Frank); her grandchildren, Joanna Valenti (Jeff) and Caroline Verdi (Ray Williams); and her sibling Muriel Meier.

Family will receive friends Saturday 11am-1pm followed by 1pm memorial service at the Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home, 255 Higbie Lane, West Islip, boyd-spencer.com . In lieu of flowers, donations to American Foundation for the Blind. afb.org.
