He was predeceased by: his parents, George Earl and Wilhelmina Clara Bowen (Schmidt); and his sister Audrey Cleveland. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn C. Burnett; his children, Beth and Nathan; his grandchildren, Jalin, Karley and Laura; his sons, Nicholas (Caitlyn) and Chad (Felicia); his grandchildren, Brantley, Austin and Finleigh; his great grandchild Klase; his granddaughter Lindsay Bardo; his former spouse Thomas Toton, Jr.; and his stepchildren, Nicole and Jake.
The family has requested that any donations be directed to Stray Haven; Waverly, NY.
