We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Chester Dale Spicer (Lowman, New York), born in Salem, New Jersey. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Chester H. Spicer and Marianna Spicer (Turner). He is survived by : his wife Joanne; his daughters, Christine Hibbert (Tom) of Mays Landing, NJ and Jennifer Orbin (Joe) of Horseheads; and his grandchildren, Jeff, Rylee, Ava, Brock, Gunnar and Jace. He is also survived by three sisters, a brother, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Horseheads American Legion Post 442, 71 Old Ithaca Rd., Horseheads, NY 14865.
