She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Walter; her children, Richard (Patty), Anne Fabiano (late Frank) and Maureen Wood-Porzelt; her grandchildren, Kimberly (Joe), Kevin, Brian (Kris), Marianne and Frank; and her sibling Pauline Pritchard.
Family will receive friends Wednesday 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the Perry Funeral Home Inc. 118 Union Ave., Lynbrook, L.I. Funeral Mass Thursday 10:15 AM at Notre Dame RC Church, New Hyde Park, L.I. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery, Farmingdale, L.I. In Lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Leah's name be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, St. Jude Tribute Program P.O. Box 1000 Dept. 142 Memphis TN 38101-9908.
