It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor Whipple (Lyndonville, New York), who passed away on October 10, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eleanor Whipple to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Bernard Holbrook Bailey and Beatrice Eleanor Phinney; her husband Robert Whipple; her siblings, Bernard H. Bailey Jr. and Katherine Johnson; and her friend Frank Housel.

She is survived by : her children, Marsha Nitzsche, John Whipple (Brenda), Julia Watts Bacon and Laura Belson (John). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
