He was predeceased by: his parents, George Tombari and Dorothy G. Tombari (Clark); his grandson Cohen Elwin Albanese; and the mother of his children Sharon Herriven. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Tombari (Ted Hartway) of Medina, NY and Michele Tombari of Gulf Breeze, FA.; his granddaughter Kelsie Carpenter; his siblings, Don Tombari (Sharon) of Lyndonville, NY and Georgiana Tombari of Medina, NY; and his pet Ukiah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bogan & Tuttle Funeral Home (226 Pearl St, Medina, NY 14103). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Lewis's name to PAWS Animal Shelter, 3371 Gaines Basin Rd, Albion, NY 14411.
