We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2021, at the age of 76, Michael W. Loper of Lyons Falls, New York, born in Portland, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Loper and Helen Loper (Twigg); and his sons, Andrew C. Loper and Wayne M. Loper. He is survived by : his wife Joan E. Black; his daughter Debra Yousey (Glen); his daughter-in-law Sharon Loper; his brother John Loper; and his brothers-in-law, Russel Black (Betty) and David Black. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
