He was predeceased by : his son David F. Bender; and his grandfather Frank Bender (Eva). He is survived by : his father Eric Dizmang (Mary); his significant other Katherine Madden; his children, Jordan, Michael, Victoria and Kayleigh Bender; his brothers, Shane and Cody Dizmang (Desiree Metzger); and his niece Lexi Dizmang. He is also survived by several extended family and close friends.
