He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Lloyd Fowler and Helena Fowler of Lyons, NY; his wife Elizabeth; his brother Paul Fowler; his children, William (Fowler), Christine (Bach), James (Fowler) and Erika (Fowler-Decatur); his children-in-law, Valerie, Erick, Anna and Michael; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Koby, Zachary, Taylor, Alexis, Chad, Cid, Elle, James, John, Alice, Will, Betsy, Mary and Eddie; and his great grandchildren, Brinlee, Joseph, Gianna and Giulianna. He was also cherished by children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Jefferson County Hospice organization.
