He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Williams Sr. and Myrtle Williams; and his siblings, Robert Williams, Philip Williams, Rita Moore and Theresa Deshane.

He is survived by : his daughters, Allison Asante (Jody) and Ann Facey; his grandchildren, Kory of New York, NY and Julie Bellerose (Christopher); his great grandchildren, Ava and Luke of West Springfield, MA; and his siblings, Clarence Williams Jr. of Westville, NY, Kenneth Williams of Fort Covington, NY, Vernon (Dorothy Williams) of Malone, NY, Donald (Sandra Williams) of North Bangor, NY, Joan Terrelle and Diane Taylor (David) of North Lawrence, NY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
