It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Wood of Manhattan, New York, born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Wood and Sylvia Wood (Burlingame); his brother Harry Wood; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Wood (McAlister) and Linda Wood (Zak).
He is survived by: his brother Richard P. Wood, Sr. of Suffield; his sister-in-law Patti Wood of Westfield; his sibling's children, Richard P. Wood, Jr. (Shari) of Suffield, Janet Heim (Robert) of Suffield and Elizabeth Ortiz (Joseph) of Groveland, FL; his great-nieces, Katelyn, Sadie and Emma; and his friends, Ed Lynn, Gere Williams, Conrad Schaub, Tino Zago, Alison Nowak and Bob Crane.
