She was predeceased by: her parents, William Donnelly and Margaret Donnelly; and her brother William Donnelly (Bill). She is survived by: her children, Thomas Miller, Grace Cogan, Mary Lasse (Chris) and Andrew Mineo (Cristina); her grandchildren, Eddie Cogan (Emily), Evan Cogan, Melanie Cogan, Andrew Lasse and Daniel Lasse; and her siblings, Mary Ellen Patton and Michael Donnelly (Sally). She is also survived by several cousins and nephews.
Donations may be made in Fran's honor and memory to either St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, a cause close to Fran's heart, or the Leukaemia Foundation.
