He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Starr Palmer and Neva Palmer; his former wife Suzanne Collins; his wife Deborah; his sons, Mike Palmer (Tracy), Pat Palmer (Mary) and Sean Palmer (Nancy); his grandchildren, Bettina, Kristen, Nicholas and Alexia; his stepchildren, Laurie McDevitt (Michael) and Greg Campbell (Shelly); his grandchildren, Adam, Taylor, Colton and Cara; his great grandchildren, Dominic, Rosa and Evie; and his brother Allen Palmer.
