She is survived by : her siblings, Michael Wormwood of Newport, NH, Douglas Wormwood (Lynn) of Lowville, Richard Wormwood (Marie) of Lowville, Laurie Rice (Brian), Mary Onderko (Shawn) of Ava and Joseph Wormwood. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
