He was predeceased by : his parents, William Russertt and Frances Busch Pincus. He is survived by : his wife Amanda Russertt; his sons, Liam Russertt and Phillip Russertt; the mother of his children Kathleen Russertt; his daughters-in-law, Maria Russertt and Stephanie Russertt; his stepchildren, Monica Cottrell, Colt Cromwell and Rudy Zamenick; his granddaughters, Melanie Russertt and Kaylee Russertt; and his stepgrandchildren, Matthew Cottrell, Kayden Cromwell, Skyler Cromwell, Logan Langham and Illyana Langham.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the DiDonato Funeral Home (1290 US-9W, Marlboro, NY 12542). A funeral service was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
