She was predeceased by : her parents, Winslow J. Abbey and Alberta J. MacMurray Abbey. She is survived by : her son Jeffrey B.; her daughter-in-law Dorothy Fainette Rhine Desroches of Maryland; her grandchildren, Madison and Ryan Desroches; her brother Raymond W.; her sister-in-law Dawn Pohl Stephenson Abbey; her sister Helen M.; and her brother-in-law Russell K. Fitch of Winchester, VA. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
