He is survived by : his parents, Stanislawa Madej (Augustyn) and Jozef Tkacz; his siblings, Barbara Lemanski (Robert), Nina Tkacz and Marek Mucha; and his nieces and nephews, Klaudia, Kamila, Julian, Juliana and Savannah.
