With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Colgan (Massapequa Park, New York), born in Queens, New York, who passed away on February 22, 2021 at the age of 72. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Edith Tuss and Paul Tuss; her husband Steve Polhalski; her sisters, Paula Franko (Michael), Constance Fagan (Richard) and Laura Hug (Kenneth); her step-daughters, Theresa Nicholson (Travis) and Ann Marie Pohalski; her nieces and nephews, Alexander Hug (Lori), Peter Hug (Laura), Kaitlyn Fagan, Jessica Franko, Clare Svedlow (David) and Amanda Delino (Tyler); her great-nieces, Maeve, Adeline Svedlow, Ava Hug, Zoe Hug and Mia Delino; her great-nephew Hudson Hug; and her cousins, Barbara Whelan (Charles), Paul "Bud" Miklus and Erika Miklus. She was also cherished by children and grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 26th 2021 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Massapequa Funeral Home, South Chapel (4980 Merrick Road, Massapequa Park, NY 11762). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 27th 2021 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
