Makofske, Jr.; his grandchildren, Kelli Price (James), Brian Powers (Elezia), Tim Powers (Dominique), Lauren Cannetti (Joe), Michael Makofske, Jake Makofske and Allie Makofske; his great grandchildren, Kaci, Dillon, Jacob, Braden, Lucas, Jaxon, Matthew and Makenna; and his siblings, Donald Makofske (Flo), Dolores Genninger and Joan Boshka.
