It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jessie S. Syper (Mayville, New York), born in Westfield, New York, who passed away on December 9, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Moss and Ruth VanGeisen Moss; and her brothers, James and William Moss. She is survived by : her husband Dennis A. Syper; her children, Dennis A. Syper (Rebecca) of Mayville, Richard Syper (Lynette) of Mayville and Linda Kern of Charleston, SC; her grandchildren, Amber Wiborn, Dennis Randall Syper, Michael Smith, Amy Smith, Katherine Syper, Victoria Syper, Ricky Syper Jr., Justin Wrighten and Jason Kern; her great grandchildren, Kerri Syper and Gemma Syper; and her siblings, Michael Moss of Mayville and Virginia Long (Elliott) of Mayville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins, her extended family in Florida, and several close friends.
