It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norman John Shopland (Mayville, New York), who passed away on February 23, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Edmund Shopland and Winifred Shopland; and his brother Don (Australia). He is survived by : his children, John Shopland (Wendy), Jane Shopland, Barb Shopland (Lisa) and Elizabeth Shopland (Fred); his grandchildren, Ian, Tannis, Riley and Mackenzie; his great grandchild Lucas; and his siblings, Barbara (Oakville) and Robert (Wales).

Due to COVID restrictions a private family service will be held.

In lieu of flowers, as a long-time library volunteer, please consider a donation in Norman's memory to the Patterson Library in Westfield New York or to your local public library.
