It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Flora L. Osborne of McDonough, New York, born in Margaretville, New York, who passed away on October 13, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Depuysslier and Louise Depuysslier (VanDrish); her spouse Jesse H. Osborne; and her siblings, Joseph Depuysslier Jr., Margaret, Mickey and Josephine.

She is survived by : her children, Sandra Howard of Campbell and James Osborne (Mary Ann Nickloy) of Bainbridge; her grandchildren, Salina Gauss (Josh) of Campbell and Richard Howard Jr. (Kayla) of Addison; and her great grandchildren, Trevor Bryan (Gabby Crane), Megan Bryan, Sydney Howard and Braelynn Howard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Bampa's House, 170 East First St., Corning, NY 14830.
