She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmen Fusco and Lena Izzo Fusco; her husband Louis J. Fascia; and her siblings, Sylvester Fusco, Betty Sandula and Carmen J. Fusco.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Gail Fascia), John (Melinda Fascia) and Luanne Fascia; her grandchildren, Michael Fascia, Nicole Fascia-Garjian (Joseph), Jacob Fascia (Alison Grugle) and Kayla Holmes (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Graciella, Reid, Dominick Garjian, Gavin and Julia Holmes.
